With the Massage stones it is advised that you pre-blend your massage oils and first rub that onto your skin and then start massaging with the stones, it is also advisable to warm stones up beforehand, there are different methods. My personal favorites in that area for the oils Base oil normally Sweet Almond or Grape seed, but Jojoba is also very good for skin. and in essential oils are Lavender - Balance | Protection, Comforts and helps open ones heart. Feminine balance. muscle relaxant and Eucalyptus - Inspire | Refresh, Opens the breath relaxes an overworked body and mind. Ans Also i suffer from headaches and the one thing that cures was Lavender and Eucalyptus combo - BAM like a flash light clearing all fog.

There are many different oils with different properties, just be sure to look for a reputable quality of oils as there are a lot of brands out there that might be cheap, but it has been watered down with chemicals to increase shelf life, and there are so may chemicals out there already, you don't want to put more chemicals on your body while actually trying to heal your body.
